Currently, she also serves as Vice President of the Austrian Trade Organisation (ÖGV), where she started a participative initiative for entrepreneurial digital humanism. She co-founded WomeninICT in Austrian Organisation of Software Innovations.

He worked for 11 years at Switzerland's second-largest market research institute, most recently as a member of the executive board, where he developed methods for analyzing customer and employee relationships. In 2009, he founded the now internationally recognized institute CONSTANT DIALOG AG, which launched groundbreaking online platforms for customer and employee surveys.
